May I thank all of you that joined me on the recent yogic trips to Thailand, Morocco and Braziers. I hope you enjoyed being on them them as much as I enjoyed leading them... the last few trips have been a huge joy to teach. I look forward to seeing you on the next adventure.

The second of this year's two 'Yogic weekends' in a beautiful and rustic old country house, taught by Angus and Nadia. This will include: four in-depth Hatha classes, Country walks, two morning Meditation classes, Thai massage and excellent veggie food—plus another spectacular bonfire on Saturday night! Please note that the house is a thriving 'living community' and is not a pristine 'hotel-type' venue (there are no 'fluffy white slippers' here!) It will be a weekend of great yoga, excellent company and deep rest... We arrive at 4pm on friday for first class at 6pm sharp. This promised trip has been a long time coming - but we've finally made it!
