Meditation with Mel

Come and join Mel in an informal 12 week Zen Meditation course in the comfort of her own home.

This course is open to everyone, you will learn zen approach to life and meditation techniques and have relaxed conversation around how you experience meditation in your life.  The course holds its structure through following a course book - "Everyday Zen: Love and Work" by Charlotte Joko Beck - a chapter will be covered each week.

About Mel
Mel has been studying yoga and meditation for five years with Angus and Nadia, to whom she will therefore be forever grateful. She also owes a big debt to Donna Farhi and Eric Shiffman, the Benedictines, and Buddhist mindfulness teachings.

A back injury last year became an opportunity to deepen her meditation practice, study psychotherapy and hypnosis, and begin teaching mindfulness meditation. Mel is also a part time neurologist within the NHS.
